What's a better way to start 2023 than to have no sugar??! This challenge begins on January 16,2023 and ends February 10,2023.

What should I avoid?

Start by eliminating any added sweetener from your diet. From soda to cookies and cakes, you'll want to avoid. This includes sweeteners like syrup, honey, etc.

One of the best ways to identify added sugars is to look at the ingredient list or food label. Many of the sugar alcohols (ending in "-ol") are listed as well as monosaccharides (ending in "-ose")

What can I have?


-Whole grains

-Seafood

-Quality meat

-Vegetables

-Legumes & beans

-Fruits

-Water


With any relationship, breaking up can be hard :-(. Depending on how long you've been faithful to sugar you may experience withdrawal symptoms and that's normal. Just know your reward will be great in the end. This is your year! You deserve it! Happy detoxing!
