🌿 Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats (adjust for your jar size)
1 tbsp chia & flaxseed mix
1-2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp 0 sugar cheesecake Jell-O powder (or light cream cheese)
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2–3 Biscoff cookies, crushed
1 tbsp Biscoff spread (melted for topping)
🍨 Instructions
In a bowl or jar, mix oats, chia seeds, protein powder, yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Add cheesecake powder or cream cheese for a rich, creamy flavor.
Layer your mason jar with some crushed biscoff cookies next add some of your oat mix. Continue to layer your jar with crushed cookie and oat mix.
Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Before serving, drizzle melted Biscoff spread on top and sprinkle with the remaining cookies.
